Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: May 13, 2026
Overview
This page explains how to request deletion of data processed through services operated via joshckh.cloud, including messaging, automation, CRM, support, and WhatsApp-related integrations. Some data may be processed directly for business operations, while other data is processed on behalf of client businesses that use these services.
Who should submit the request
Deletion requests should be submitted by one of the following:
- The individual whose personal data is involved, where the request concerns data directly controlled by joshckh.cloud.
- An authorized representative of the relevant client business, where the data belongs to that business or was collected through its customer workflows.
- A lawful representative acting on behalf of the data subject, where permitted by applicable law.
If the requested data belongs to a client business account, the request may need to be verified or forwarded to that client business because it generally controls the purpose and means of processing that customer data.
How to request deletion
To request deletion, send a request through the contact details published on joshckh.cloud and include:
- Full name and contact details.
- The business name, workspace, phone number, or account involved, if applicable.
- A clear description of the data to be deleted.
- The reason or basis for the request, where relevant.
- Evidence of authority if submitting on behalf of a business or another individual.
Requests should be specific enough to allow the relevant records to be identified across messaging, automation, and storage systems.
What happens after a request
After receiving a request:
- The identity or authority of the requester may be verified.
- The request may be reviewed to determine whether joshckh.cloud controls the data directly or processes it for a client business.
- If the data is controlled by a client business, the request may be referred to that business or handled in coordination with its authorized representative.
- If the request is valid and applicable, reasonable steps will be taken to delete or anonymize the relevant data, subject to legal, security, backup, fraud-prevention, audit, and contractual requirements.
Systems where deletion may apply
Depending on the service used, deletion may involve records stored or processed in systems such as:
- Supabase databases or storage.
- n8n workflows, execution logs, or automation-related records.
- Messaging platforms and integrations, including WhatsApp-related systems where applicable.
- Internal support, diagnostic, or operational tools.
Some data may persist temporarily in backups, logs, or system archives until those records expire or are overwritten in the normal course of operations.
Limits and exceptions
Certain records may be retained where necessary to:
- Comply with legal obligations.
- Detect, prevent, or investigate abuse, fraud, or security incidents.
- Maintain financial, audit, or contractual records.
- Preserve evidence of prior transactions, permissions, or service activity.
